A lot of people feel the need to go for a 15 minute run or a half hour bike ride in the midst of their busy lives. This is a well-known way to lose weight, beat stress and gain physical strength. The simplest excersize is running it is best done with a timer and appropiate jogging clothes. The most important thing about running for people who are busy is that it is a part of the day. You can run to work, run to errands or anything else which fits into the normal lifestyle you have. You should pay attention to being able to cover the same distance at a regular time with a stopwatch or fitbit. Your route can take you uphill or downhill or stop for traffic as needed. Try to drink water before or after. Change of breathing while running is fine unless you have a known medical condition. Running is certainly the easiest way to regulate and give you lifestyle a boost.
If you have more of an interest in excersize you can buy equipment like rollerblades, bicycles or scooters. You can learn to deal with the mechanics easily but you should have a bicycle, for example that is appropriate for your excersize. For example a dirt bike, a city bike or a racing bike. Scooters and rollerblades don’t make you spend a lot of energy or build up muscle but it can make your commute or trips easier or you might like to do it.
Sports do take some more time and the ability to organize them with groups. And if you really can, and want to have a great experience a few times go away and try skiing or rock-climbing. You can become very good at it over time and it will be a great skill that will make feel fulfilled and enjoy it alot.
